About Sierra Electric Cooperative

Sierra Electric Cooperative, Inc. is a member-owned, not-for-profit cooperative located in Sierra County, NM. We serve members throughout Sierra County as well as members in areas of Luna, Socorro, and Catron Counties. Since our inception in 1941, we have been dedicated to providing high quality, reliable electric service and related products to our members at the lowest possible rate, consistent with sound economic and management principles.
As we forge into the future, SEC will continue this tradition and offer members innovative products, energy efficient programs, and new technologies towards the goal of reducing costs and enhancing reliability.
